Presales Services

Presales services are available to our NETAVIS partners and cover topics such as hardware requirements, high-level system architectures, network and storage recommendations, integrations with 3rd party systems, and specialized topics.

Service Agreements

Service agreements regarding the maintenance of NETAVIS Observer systems are available in three different tiers:

  • Software Assurance entitles customers to update an existing NETAVIS Observer system to new versions of the software for a certain period of time.
  • Software Support Service Basic expands upon Software Assurance by adding fine tuning of installations and addressing software issues with a response time of next business day.
  • Software Support Service Premium adds Active System Monitoring to the Basic tier.

Technical Support

Technical support is available to help solve any issues and answer questions for distributors and – in exceptional circumstances – also system integrators and end customers.

Technical documentation covering a broad range of topics related to NETAVIS Observer is available in the form of basic documentation, technical white papers, and integration guides.
